I was featured in Burdastyle’s Best of May!

So exciting!! My turquoise Lady Grey coat was featured in Burdastyle’s “Best of May” slideshow!! I was absolutely thrilled to flip though the slideshow and see my project – what a surprise!

And check out some of the other lovely ‘Best of May” creations as well! I loved the Guggenheim Coat by elainemay, also known as the Selfish Seamstress. And the plaid-matching on this dress is amazing, and I love this version of Vogue 1174. This slideshow – and checking out the rest of the members’ projects on Burdastyle – is a great way to get re-inspired, especially if you’ve been short on sewing mojo recently…

    Congratulations on being featured on BurdaStyle AND on becoming the Selfish Seamtress new Nemesis !
    I just found out about your blog and i went through it a bit and I really like your style !
    I live in Vancouver and your blog makes me want to venture out of Dressew and into other fabric stores around.
